Privacy Policy

TDR Live Wait Times (the “Service”) is an unofficial website and iOS app that shows wait times and related information for Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea. This page explains how https://www.disney-wait.com/ and the app handle information. The Service is not affiliated with the parks.
1. Information we collect
Precise location: used only while you use the in-app map to show your position. We do not send it to our servers or store it. You can still view wait times without granting location.
On-device settings: language, theme, your plan, and notification preferences stay on your device.
Notification device token: if you turn on DPA restock alerts, we store the iOS push token on our server. Turning alerts off deletes it. If you turn on website notifications, we store the browser Web Push subscription.
Analytics: we may use Google Analytics to understand site usage. We do not run App Tracking Transparency advertising tracking.
2. What we do not collect
There is no account. The Service does not collect your name, email address, or phone number.
We do not use location for advertising or tracking.
3. Notifications
The iOS app may send on-device local notifications before a show in your plan.
If you turn on DPA restock alerts, we send them with Apple push notifications, using the device token described above.
4. Third-party services
Wait times and park hours may come from third-party data sources.
Hotel vacancy links may open Rakuten Travel or Trip.com. Their privacy policies apply on those sites.
The iOS map uses your location and mapping services (MapKit or the Google Maps SDK).
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only if required by law.
